In order to thank customers for their supports and cooperation, on 1 November 2010, Saigon Newport Corporation has "Customer Gratitude Program ". According to the program, from 1 November 2010 to 30 October 2011, Diamond customers and Gold customers get 15% and 10% discount respectively on lift-on/off and stuffing/stripping bills at Tan Cang and Cat Lai terminal. The remaining customers get 5% discount on other fees related to full container (excepting monitoring charge) at Tan Cang and Cat Lai terminal from 1 November 2010 to 31 December 2010

As of 15th December 2010, SNP and Military Bank (MB) jointly commence payment service using pre-paid card for container loading/discharging, lift on/lift off charges at Tan Cang - Cat Lai Terminal.

Understanding the demands of the market and customers, Tan Cang Logistics has, in an attempt to better serve the needs of rice stuffing to reduce time and cost for customers, launched the operation of a rice stuffing berth at Tan Cang – Cat Lai Terminal as from October 13, 2010 as follows:
