Description
Ministry of Finance received Document No. 1616/TC-KHKT dated 28/9/2010 of Saigon Newport Corporation regarding the issuance of the guidelines for the customs formalities. In order to facilitate the commercial activities as well as cargo export – import, reduce the congestion at the seaport, Ministry of Finance has temporary guidelines as follows:

Ministry of Finance received Document No. 1616/TC-KHKT dated 28/9/2010 of Saigon Newport Corporation regarding the issuance of the guidelines for the customs formalities . In the Document, at the item 2, Saigon Newport Corporation requested Ministry of Finance to issue the Customs regulations for the export laden containers having the customs clearance completed at Tan Cang – Cai Mep Container Terminal then being transported to Tan Cang – Cat Lai Terminal for loading. In order to facilitate the commercial activities as well as cargo export – import, reduce the congestion at the seaport, Ministry of Finance has temporary guidelines as follows:
