Change in operations plan during the Vietnam National Day 2010 (30/8/2010)

Following the Announcement No 872/VPCP-KGVX of the Ministry of labor, War invalids and Social Welfare regarding exchange of the working day after the National Day of 2010, Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) would like to revise operations plan which has ever been announced by the No 1316/TB-TC-KHKT dated Aug 25th 2010 as follows:

- Official holidays: from Sept 02nd 2010 to Sept 05th 2010

Following the Announcement No 872/VPCP-KGVX of the Ministry of labor, War invalids and Social Welfare regarding exchange of the working day after the National Day of 2010, Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) would like to revise operations plan which has ever been announced by the No 1316/TB-TC-KHKT dated Aug 25th 2010 as follows:

- Official holidays: from Sept 02nd 2010 to Sept 05th 2010

In order to support shipping lines/agents and customers during the above official holidays, apart from free storage as defined in the contract, SNP will additionally waive 04 days of storage for all cargoes and containers stored in warehouses and Container Yards of Cat Lai Port, Tan Cang Terminal, TC-Cai Mep Port, and TC-Song Than ICD, TC-Long Binh ICD, Long Binh Depot, and the depots surounding Cat Lai ternimal and controlled by SNP as from Sept 02nd 2010 till Sept 05th 2010. Besides, the said holiday time will not be included when applying progressive rates to inbound container services.
- Upon special request for services other than afore-mentioned regular operations during the holidays, kindly send us a written notice no later than Aug 31st 2010. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

BR-VT province has great potentials in deep-water port and logistics services, still awaiting capable investors such as Saigon Newport Corporation. In the near future, I hope that we will give the licenses and launch such big projects.
