For almost two years of operation, thank to the great support and the trust from our precious customers, shipping lines, total throughput of TICT in first 9 months of 2012 increased double compared to those of the same period in 2011. The market share of TCIT also increased in 2012 and exceeds more than 60% of the market share of deep sea Terminals in Cai Mep. Now, TCIT receives 06 vessels per week, the productivity reached more than 100 containers / hour/ vessel. To gain this achievement, TCIT has non-stop efforts in customer service to attract clients to cooperate with terminal. Customer Service Department is willing to answer customers’ questions and solve arisen problems during 24/24.
In addition, every month and on special occasions, TCIT regularly holds meeting with clients to get the evaluations and comments on the services as well as the suggetions for the future. Understanding the situation, we fully take the initiative to improve the service quality to meet customers’ demand.
