On June 1st 2010, SNP sent the Announcement No 822/TC-KHKT to the customers advising about the tariff of the lifting on/off and transportation to serve the inspection of the laden containers at the X-ray Scanning inspection machine of Cat Lai customs

The import volume through Cat Lai Terminal in the first months of Year 2010 has sharply increased in comparing to those of 2009, and is likely to continue this rise in the following months. Therefore, to better manage the container yards, handling operations and container delivery/receipt, as well as to avoid congestion during the coming holidays, with the acceptance of Ho Chi Minh city customs, SNP has sent the Announcement No 627/TC-KHKT dated April 27th 2010 to  advise about the transportation of long staying import containers from Cat Lai to Tan Cang.

With the purpose to enhance the service quality and serve the customers in the best manner, on April 9th 2010, Saigon Newport Corporation sent the Announcement No533/TB-TC-KHKT  informing about the opening of the dedicate formality windows to serve the “gold customers”, “silver customers” and the customers joining the online payment at the Le Phung Hieu gate, Cat Lai terminal.

Saigon Newport Corporation ( SNP) has deployed the service “the  online payments of the lifting on/off and handling charges” at the billing section of Le Phung Hieu gate- Tan Cang- Cat Lai terminal through the electronic connection system of SNP and The Military Bank (the MB) since January 20th 2010.
