Over 60 represntatives from Eurocham have joined the tour, especially, Mr. Paul Jewell – Chief Executive Officer of Eurocham, has also participated in this trip. The delegation has visited Tan Cang- Cat Lai Terminal and observed the handling activities and the terminal operation management as well as had a port tour at Tan Cang- Cai Mep deep sea terminal, visited the MOL’s vessel and watched presentation about SNP’s facilities. Through this port tour, the visitors who are also SNP’s customers have got more understanding about the port activities, the SNP’s Logistic network and services, service quality and the orientation of SNP in improving the service quality continuously aiming at maximiszing the convenience & benefits to SNP’s customers as well as minizing the cost. Mr. Paul Jewell and the Eurocham members have highly appreciated the meaning of the tour and they have plan to co-ordinate with SNP for other tours in the time to come
