On the occasion of the coming Christmas and New Year events, TC-ST ICD staffs are trying their best to serve customers. In November, warehouse throughput grew up 107% while container yard throughput grew 113% of the plan. The total transport volume has increased 17 compared to the plan in November.

In November, TC-ST ICD has organized English class which is specialised in logistics. This class is expected to train and tutor staffs to be familiar with logistics terms, able to read documents in English and discuss with foreign partner.
A commitment of service quality signing ceremony was held in November between TC-ST ICD and ICP Corporation. The ceremony strengthens the relationship of both parties, customer faith and to show the ICD’s determination of raising and maintaining service quality.
During the event, on behalf of ICP, Deputy General Director Tran Hoang Ngan again asserted the ICD’s endeavour in organizing and operating the DC from the very first days when no one knew what 3PL was. “Now I completely have confidence in ICD’s ability. Although, of course there might be some defectives here and there, the service already meet our expectation”, said Mr. Ngan.
